Tom Hinton, repairman came to house and did a quick, knowledgeable job. Murphy’s is lucky to have him. Murphy’s also came out very quickly to see about problem. Not to their discredit but had to wait 2 weeks for part. But they sent Tom when it arrived. Thank you.

Jeff the quote guy was nasty and condescending. Having paid 4800 for a totally new system 2 years ago and needed to just move the handler the quote was 4200 !!! He could care less that we were a good prior customer. Take it or leave it attitude. Less than 500 in materials and prob more like 300. One full day of labor. Guess Murphy has more business than they know what to do with. Even the guy who came to inspect what needed to be done and called Jeff for a quote could not believe the quote. My suggestion go elsewhere but murphys. They are out to rape you.

Very professional and customer focused. James and Rob arrived to repair my LG dishwasher. The guys diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend Murphy's and be sure to ask for these guys. We will always use Murphy's in the future.

They have installed 2 AC systems in my home and i have been very pleased with both of them. They did an outstanding job on both.
