NORR, based out of Detroit, is an architectural firm that provides kitchen design, site planning, master planning, and project management. In December of 2013, they completed a remodeling project in the Belmont neighborhood using a permit obtained from the city of Lincoln; they finished a remodeling project in February 2012 in the Riverside neighborhood using a permit received from the city of San Antonio. The Ohio Engineers and Surveyors Board, and the Kentucky Board of Engineers & Land Surveyors have accredited NORR. They are insured.
