Metro Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

The previous ladies review is debasing yet I never actually serviced her. I let her know that her residence was outside of the service area for that particular deal but I could still service her directly. I suppose she was in disagreement with the price I quoted her as she continued to haggle and badger me on the phone on level 10 from start to finish. I had no choice but to hang up on her. I run a respectable business and am no one's slave except God.

I just called to redeem my Groupon with this merchant and he basically told me that he could not honor my $55 Groupon but then offered to still come and clean my carpet (1 room, stairs and hallway without the Groupon for $70. The groupon says it covers up to $100 worth of service so how is that a better deal? I asked him why and he says because Groupon gets 50% of the cost so he can't clean one room and a hallway for $27. How is that my problem? Then he basically hung up on me when I read the fine print of the Groupon and it doesn't say anything about the carpet having to be in 1 of 3 conditions to determine if I'm eligible to use the Groupon. Groupon took care of me but you really need to work on your customer service and use marketing strategies that will be profitable to you--clearly it's only profitable once you sell the Groupon and the customer calls so you can "bamboozle" them into paying what you would normally charge. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid doing business with your company.
