I misplaced a single key for my van & Safe Key was my 1st & last choice. With my car being an older vehicle, Technician Rick really had to put in the time to find the error in my particular programming. Rick was patient and explained everything to me as best as he could for a Woman who wanted her car fixed ASAP lol. He had a positive attitude while doing a job that lasted 2 hours.
