Knox Pest Control

They came out to give an estimate on rodent control. I own a canine & feline boarding and grooming facility. They were strongly recommending boxes that "trapped the rodents" and told us they would come empty the boxes weekly or biweekly. I asked if there would be ANY way the dogs could get into them or the rats get out and be accessible to the dogs and again I was assured that would not happened. We have now found FOUR rodents out of boxes deceased. The manager came by yesterday and tried to convince me that this product was totally safe for dogs after telling me it was 20x stronger than the products sold in stores which those alone are lethal to dogs!!! This is absolutely despicable, and horrifying to think that someone would LIE to the general public about the dangers of these products. Our babies are our kids and this is SO WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS. Then said it would "probably be fine and only make the dog a little sick if it got ahold of it." No ma'am, 1) these are not my dogs to take that risk with, 2) I would NEVER take that risk with my dogs. I asked for the boxes to be removed to which she replied that my Landlord signed a contract for 1 year. Not only did they lie but they've put my business and the safety of so many beloved clients at risk!!! All to make a sale, then when made aware of the dangers they still insisted on keeping the boxes here! Absolutely not, they are gone but the landlord is still having to pay for the entire year even with them acknowledging the dangers and false information they'd given us. I would highly recommend not using this company as they have 0 integrity and if you are with them I'd recommend not renewing. THESE PRODUCTS ARE LEGAL TO ANIMALS, dogs included!!

Our technician Amy is very thorough when she gets to the property she gets her trip reports and goes straight to work. She goes above and beyond making sure the residents are educated on how to reduce their pest issue.
