Prestige Concrete

Run!!!!!!! They will take your money and ghost you. Pedro Narvaez blew up my phone for the deposit, partially framed my driveway, than disappeared. They were supposed to recap my driveway and walkway. Not a drop of concrete was laid and he has stopped answering my calls and texts. I wish I had read these reviews prior to paying them a deposit. I unlike their other victims with similar stories have the time, motivation and resources to go after them. I will update this post when I can. Please run I am not some angry customer these people are really theives.

Do not use King Concrete LLC of Douglasville GA! Quality of work was terrible! We hired them to pour concrete patio and concrete retaining wall under our deck. The results are horrible! First the retaining wall is different thicknesses, not smoothed out correctly and different color to the patio. It’s also not straight on the top or side (wonky)! As for the patio, it rained the day after but we were assured that it should not affect it. They were wrong! We have indent holes from rain drops and it looks like some of the clay color has come through into the concrete patio. Long story short, nobody would return our calls to come fix the issue. I called Pedro the owner several times within the first two weeks after the job. He said he would stop by but kept canceling appointment or forget about it so no show. Angel his son would just ignore my calls or txts. This is just not acceptable. We just want this fixed but Pedro/Angel keep ignoring any communication from us. We will be pursuing legal action.

Pedro did an outstanding job from giving us an estimate to completing the job. He gave the most reasonable estimate given the work involved. Our porch had some structural issues. He explained clearly what he would do and gave us an estimate promptly and once we signed the document completed the job in a day. Would highly recommend him.
