Remodel Bathroom, 9'6"x 6'8": (1) Remove and dispose of existing vanity base and top, bathtub, shower stall and all associated fixtures. ** Salvage shower door, vanity and vanity top and place in garage for storage.** (2) Remove all tile, drywall, plaster or wall/ceiling coverings down to wall and ceiling framing. (3) Eliminate framing for closet shower and plumbing chase cabinet. (4) Remove and replace floor sheathing for access to plumbing modifications. Level flooring best possible for flooring tile installation. (5) Provide plumbing modifications to accommodate new layout design. (6) Provide electrical modifications to accommodate new layout per design - locate switch bank to left side of pocket door/supply and install two oil rubbed bronze recessed shower lights/supply and install Broan decorative oil-rubbed bronze ceiling vent fan-light assembly/single GFCI outlet for vanity/two outlets on opposite wall of vanity, matching elevated height of GFCI outlet (7) Window modifications - remove and dispose of existing window. Frame opening for 43"x 19" vinyl glass block awning window assembly. Finish exteriors as needed to closest match of existing. (8) Supply and install pocket door framing and construct framed opening. Install existing 30" door slab panel. Remove and dispose of hallway side paneling (9) Remove and reset existing toilet. (10) Install customer supplied 36" vanity base cabinet and solid surface top with single sink and faucet assembly. (11) Install customer supplied 12x12 ceramic/porcelain flooring tile with tile base and grout. Providing mortar and grout materials. (12) Construct 6'8"x 3'0" tile shower - provide and install Schluter shower base pan and drain assembly/provide and install fiberglass-waterproof wall tile backer board/construct sill and install marble threshold cap/provide and install frameless panel-door-panel shower door assembly with brushed nickel hardware and clear glass, pricing may vary**/Provide and install single oil-rubbed bronze shower faucet assembly with single handle control and extension for shower head/Install customer provided flooring tile, wall tile-{floor to ceiling}, install one Proform 304 wide rectangular niche for recessed shelf located above constructed rectangular seat along left hand side of shower, pricing may vary depending on patterns chosen. (13) Apply two coats of high quality interior latex coatings onto walls and ceilings with customer selected colors. (14) Apply two coats of high quality interior latex semi-gloss white to existing door slab and door casings.

FRONT SIDEWALK SECTION, approx. 6' x 8': (1) Demo, remove and dispose of existing concrete. (2) Assess condition of subsoils and verify compaction. (3) Form and pour new section of concrete sidewalk, applying brush finish and edging.
