I am SO happy with my decision! I originally called Sunrise direct because I really love Sunrise windows and was hoping for some referrals. I was given 3 companies and after meeting everyone I am beyond thrilled to meet Scott and his crew. Where do I start. So after meeting all the companies Scott was the only one who didn't sit in my house for hours on end trying to sales pitch me. I said I needed time to think things over and Scott was the only one considerate enough to say "no problem, if you have any questions just call me". He wasn't pushy and knew his product in detail. While all the other guys from the other companies refused to catch a hint and leave. They didn't want to let me think about anything but wanted a signature. Very disrespectful on those companies. So I am truly grateful how Scott has manners and respect for people and their homes and their decisions. Even asked to take off his shoes while the other companies didn't care. After my windows came in the crew began installing and they were great. Every single guy in the crew was very respectful and they cleaned up very nicely. I was worried about a mess but with this crew their was nothing to do but clean my windows and enjoy. My sunrise windows look beautiful. I have done lots of research on windows and even went to several manufactures to find the perfect windows for me. I wanted quality, warranty and peace of mind that my windows will last. So I chose a great manufacture which is Sunrise and the perfect company for installation American Window & Siding out of Downers Grove. Thank you Scott for being honest and actually listening to me. This process can be difficult on homeowners picking windows because they have to deal with a stranger but this company truly made it effortless. I 100% recommend this company for any upcoming projects. I will need the rest of my windows done next year and this company will be the only one I go to. A+ all the way.

Installed a complet new set of Windows. We replaced wood with vinyl at a significant cost reduction. Window recommendation was too rate and installation was perfect.
