Unfortunately, the Deck is not holding up well. Within the first few months the posts that hold the railings became very loose. The post for the stair railing is also very loose. That one feels like it could snap off with little effort. The pine they used on the roof shrunk. That left large gaps and crack. There are even some pieces falling off. Texted several times Cody said he would come by and stood me up several times. Very disappointed! I would go with someone else.
