Called in the morning. Said he would be here at 12:00. At 2:00 I had not heard anything, so I called again. He said he couldn't hear me, but that he was on his way in 5 minutes. At 2:30 he called and said he was held up by other people needing to talk to him. He said he would be here by 3:15. At 3:35 he finally showed up. He could not find anything wrong with my heater, which still doesn't work, and he ask for $67.00. Said if I have more trouble with it to call him. Not likely
