For years, Cimarron has built not only in neighborhoods endorsed by our company, but also on privately owned lots. By the same token, if you want a Cimarron home outside of one of our neighborhoods but don't have a homesite, we can help you find the perfect lot. Just ask! Basement Homes - Looking for an economical way to get high value square footage? Cimarron offers home plans with basements included, as well as plans in which basements can be added. Custom basements can offer recreational areas, full kitchens, and much more... Just tell us what you have in mind and we can make it happen. We can also help you find a lot suitable for a Cimarron basement home, if needed. Accessible Design Homes - The flexibility of Cimarron allows for accessible design in every home we build. Need wide doorways or lever door handles? Specialized cabinet configurations or a stair lift? Cimarron is happy to customize your home, with as little or as much accessible design as you need. Dual Master Suites - For frequent or long-term guests, a second master suite is a wonderful accommodation for a host to offer. In addition to providing more space for visitors, a second master suite also allows for guest privacy.
