JAM Carolina Exteriors

I have had Jam Carolina perform several projects for me. I had my house re-roofed and gutters replaced a few years ago. Crews are efficient, friendly and very professional. This past year, we had a sunroom addition put on our house. JAM was great to work with. While in the design stage, they were great with offering suggestions and helping us create the new space in our home. As construction progressed, they were easy to work with, impacting our day to day lives as little as possible. Again, the crews are exceptional craftsmen, very friendly and professional. The work was done safely and the work area kept clean. We are so pleased with our new sunroom, it has become the most used room in our house. About this time last year I decided to have an room added to the back of my garage and make it my wood working shop. I called JAM and they came out to look at the sketches I had describing what I wanted to addition to look like. One of the most important requirements was the the addition was to look like it was not just stuck on the back of the garage but was in integral part of the home. It blends in with the existing sunroom in scale and roof profile. As you can see in the photo attached that was accomplished. I could not be happier with my new workshop. A few months later I noticed a couple of my sunroom's support posts were showing some rot. This addition was built by another contractor about 17 years ago. Called JAM and when they came to give me an estimate we found that almost all the post showed verifying degrees of rot and that was because the contractor didn't lumber that was treated for ground contact. JAM came up with a plan to replace the rotten wood, put the post on concrete piers and not spoil the look of the foundation. Excellent job! JAM brings the whole package to what ever job they do. First they listen to what you want, then if they see other things that could improve the project they will suggest those things but never is there any pressure. The knowledge, professionalism and skills are excellent. Also, something that is very important to us is neatness and caring for the job site. JAM gets a big A+ on that. They straighten up the work at the end of the day and leave no trash in the yard. They respect your home.
