I'm a real estate agent and have dealt with easily over a hundred termite guys during the past 20+ years... Holland is the best, hands down. I've been using him for 15 years and trust him implicitly. He has the knowledge, the skill, uses the best chemicals for the job and at a reasonable price. Yes, I use him for my own property also. I have no hesitations at all to refer Derrick & Patrick (it's a family-owned business operated by two brothers).

I use Holland Pest Control for my personal home and my rentals. Derrick is the best!!! He has actually identified issues with a home I recently purchased that the inspector did not catch. His attention to to detail and pride in his work is not seen any more today in lot vendors; he treats you like he would want to be treated! Highly recommend that you give him call.

In the process of buying our new home, we looked around for termite companies & talked to a lot of people. In the end, we chose Holland Pest because it is a family-owned, local business and run in a very friendly, professional manner. Not to mention, the price is extremely reasonable & they did our termite inspection without making us sign any contracts or push us to use them for yearly pest services :/. And now, we do actually use them for our quarterly pest services. They have always been exceptionally quick to respond and come ASAP if need be. Will use from now on and won't even consider other companies.
