I called ahead of time and got a quote and a time of arrival. Thirty minutes after the scheduled time, I called the dispatcher to find out where the plumber was. She said they would try to get someone out as soon as possible. Ninety minutes after the scheduled appointment time, their plumber (Taylor - courteous, intelligent guy - should be working for someone better) arrived and said the best his management would let him do was twice the quoted price. I told him that this was not acceptable and sent him away. One Call Plumbing needs to get their act together and learn to treat their customers with respect!
