If I could give 0 stars I would! This property management company is so terrible I literally had to find the actual owners name and send him an email detailing all the terrible things they have done. In which the property OWNER sends me back an apology card with TWO gift cards for dinner because he felt bad for how awful they have treated me! DO NOT RENT HERE!! In addition, they provide appliance to the tenants but write in the FINE PRINT that if anything breaks, they are not obligated to fix or service it. So be prepared to be stuck without appliances if anything breaks because they WILL take their time to get it fixed. "Additionally, the lease does state a fridge was provided, however, it is at owner discretion to repair, replace or remove any appliances, as outlined in section 52 of the lease agreement. AMENITIES: Use of washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, or other equipment, if any, are furnished by Landlord for the pleasure and convenience of the Tenant and are not to be construed in any manner as part of the rental paid by the Tenant. Landlord, at their sole discretion, may repair, replace, keep or remove from the premises. Tenant agrees to change the refrigerator water filters every 6 months or as needed. Tenant(s) also agrees to maintain water softeners and the salt levels." The worst property managers I have every encountered and I have lived in Seattle and LA.. That is pretty impressive.
