CBR Contracting LLC

Well after months of looking for the rite contractor my wife sue and chose CBR. I GOTTA tell ya we were impressed with enthusiasm and his love for Construction. He may not have been the most established contractor at this time. but we saw something in him that none of the others had. That was the attention to detail and the true love he has for what he does. We had our ups and downs throughout the 3 months of construction on our 1200 sq. ft. Addition. It was mostly do to picking what we wanted. We changed our minds a bit. To be honest with you looking back at it now, he could’ve of done a better job with us. holding his composure and allowing us to choose exactly what we wanted .So we applaud him for that. Because we changed our minds quite a bit. Our family loves our new addition, it came out perfect. no complaints and I would hire him back in a jiffy.

I gotta tell ya, these guys were great. We had a idea of renovating a barn into a house, well Eddie did it. It is something we always dreamed about. It’s been a yr to the month when they finished up our home. We couldn’t be happier. He asked me to rite a review a yr ago. Better late then never as they say. If I remember correctly Eddie was late a time or two himself so I am trying to down load pics. I’m having trouble with that. They will b posted soon. Thanks CBR. we miss u guys around. Extremely unprofessional! Contractor demanded 100% of payment plus an additional 20% to start project. When I disagreed to his absurd terms he used fowl language several times while verbally abusive and harassed me via phone and text for several days AFTER Business hrs up until 11:30 pm one night. He has made several threats towards me as well. Furthermore Eddie is very incompetent and does not take well to instructions or simple communication.
