ive been in the trade for 38 yrs. we been featured in news papers ,article on work we've done in magizines. Im a very strong believer in proper work preparation . prep is the life (or death) of any job when done correctly and diligently . so i guess i would say our company goal would be , Always due diligence in prep for a prof. finish.
