I had them come out to fix an A/C issue. As he was working on the problem, the electricity went out in our whole neighborhood! He patiently waited to see if it would come back on. After waiting quite a while, he left but came back early the next morning to take care of us!

Generally, when you say "the best thing about" means one single thing. My experience with HVAC Solutions has has several best things! Service folks are knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, do not try to upsell , will recommend and leave you to make a decision. In addition, the office staff are very professional and go the extra mile for those of us who are not very computer savvy. Kudos to Stacy and her crew!

Thank goodness for Staci and HVAC for helping us when our thermostat had a mind of its own and we had no heat from midnight until 9 a.m. Every night for 3 weeks! We called their office and Staci got us right through to the owner to help us. She never made us feel silly or like we didn't know what we were talking about. If you can't understand high pitched fast talking office help, then Staci is perfect! She listens, talks in a normal tone of voice,at a normal rate. All in all we had a very good experience with HVAC solutions. Even sighed up for their yearly maintenance plan !
