Thunder did a great job getting our pool in on time-even with 2 weeks of torrential rain! The quality and service was excellent. James was an excellent superintendent, keeping us updated and communicating every step of the way. Great job Thunder! Would highly recommend!

Our experience started off great. However, there has been a significant turnover in staff and customer service has been terrible. We had to learn how to operate the cleaning equipment ourselves (pool school consisted of teaching how to use the app). We have several problems with our pool and cannot get help for some of them. When asking for help, we were told to go to Leslie’s pool store and ask how to manage our pool. Chemicals are not the issue. Fortunately, this is not our first pool and my husband is handy. So we’ve muddled through. Update: finally got a representative from Pentair to come by. Our heater never turned on and he had to replace the motherboard. While here, he gave us a lot of information about the equipment and how to effectively operate the pool. OVERALL: We chose Thunder based on their reputation but until the staff turnover and organization gets better, I would not recommend choosing them. The workmanship overall is good ~ just the customer service is less than anticipated.
