Had a problem getting our new whole house water filter going. Plumber called the manufacturer and twisted the filter tighter. Actual work time was about 1 hour 20 minutes checking everything out. Bill was $272.50. Jessica at the office was very rude and confrontational. Poor customer service and extremely expensive.
