Beware of this guy. He will take your money and not complete the job. I contracted him for doors and window. He installed 1 out of the 4 doors that I payed for. the single door that he installed is not trimmed and so there is cracks to the great outdoors. He installed all the windows and after weeks of requesting, I finally got him to come and trim out the windows. He put up 1 x 3 inch pine not window trim. And the exterior of the windows is not trimmed out, leaving the wall exposed to the winter elements. He laid subfloor that is lower than the existing subfloor and shimmed it up to be level with the rest of the floor. It creaks and the furniture on it rattles as a result. He won't come finish the job and won't refund my money.
