Never hire this contractor. I never seen a bad and disaster work like he does. This guy if he touch your roof be sure you will have a big problem. I hired him to replace the shingles of my roof and I didn’t have a leak before. So, he started working and when I came to check on him I catched him cheating and not putting the ice water shield under the shingles. His work is sloppy and there are gaps between the shingles and nails everywhere. So, I talked to him and he admitted that he missed a lot of things and he will redo it just to not call the cops and he will refund me the money I payed in front. I fired him immediately because I can’t trust him anymore. So, the first rain came the roof start to leak and had damage in the ceiling. I hired another company to replace the roof and when they saw the grablis company work they were chocked and they told me if I let grablis finished the roof that day it will be a catastrophic and will cost me thousands of dollars. One more thing you have to be cautious with this company is to not pay in front for the material because if something happen he will never refund you. He will run with the money and material like he did to me. He returned the material that I payed for to his square and when I catched him cheating he took the material back and he told me he will send me check for the material he returned but he never did. This guy has a lot of complaints in the business bureau and court complaints. So, if you hire him you will just destroy your house and he will rubbing your money. I would like to give zero star if I can
