About Phil-Allen Home Improvements, LLC
Phil-Allen was started in 1944 at the end of WWII. We are the first home improvement company in the Lehigh valley. Phil-Allen put the first red wood storm window in the Lehigh Valley. Aluminum at the time was a surplus due to the war. We now celebrate 4 generations of success!

We gave Kim a $2000 deposit for Windows. She never completed the job and will not refund our money. She won't answer texts or phone calls. The business is a scam . Do not trust her.

Do not trust Kim or this company. They stole $12,000 dollars from me and my wife and did not do what they were contracted to do. They are liars and thieves

I've used Phil Allen Home Improvements on many projects at my home and some rentals that my husband I have. We have been very satisfied with all aspects of their work. It's refreshing to work with such a knowledgeable woman business owner and her installers are very professional. I will continue to use Phil Allen for all of our home improvement projects.
