In this project we billed by the hour due to the homeowner only needing select areas treated on a very large home in Encinitas Ranch. Most homeowners don't know that pressure washing algae off many surfaces is a band-aid solution. When you really want to "Kill" the algae growth it is necessary to use an algae killing solution at the proper strength that can be softly applied to all surfaces. Pressure washing alone in this case may have resulted in an aesthetically pleasing outcome, however the algae will come right back if not treated properly. This homeowner was very pleased with the outcome and the job was completed an hour sooner than we projected. We got a 5 star review on this one!

In this project we were asked to perform an Algae Kill soft wash on 40 year old roof tiles. We finished with a medium pressure and medium heat rinse to remove the debris from the roof. Solar Panels were cleaned with mineral free water and rain gutters were washed out. This roof was near 2800 square feet and the homeowner was very pleased when we were finished. We contained the dirty water at the curb and vacuumed it into our 450 gallon holding tank. The water was then transported to the San Elijo Joint Powers treatment facility to be treated and recycled for irrigation purposes. Eco-Friendly and Happy Customers! Extreme rust and battery acid stain removal. This project was several stages and requires for the surface to completely dry between each stage. We have blowers to aid in the drying process, however this was not your normal driveway power wash. Once again we defaulted to the best rust and battery acid removal product on the market. The cost of this project was predicated by materials used and labor time. Standard driveway power washing can be done for much less than this one!

Fusion Clean was hired in this project due to our certification with one of the most effective concrete rust removal products on the market that is only available for contractors. We were tasked with doing a heated power wash of the concrete, applying the rust stain removal product correctly, then repeating the process until an acceptable outcome was achieved. The client is a manufacturer of giant liquid transfer battery systems that sell to large entities such as UCSD and the military. Hard hats, glasses, gloves and work boots for this project on a huge construction site on the military installation.

If you have a very high end finished surface that needs to be cleaned and sealed, look no further! In this very large residential home overlooking La Jolla shores, we were brought in to Clean and prepare several thousand feet of stained concrete patio, a huge travertine entry and a 3000 square foot colored concrete driveway. This project is still in the finishing stages of sealing so we will add the photos of the finished project soon.

From the back door of the kitchen to the refuse areas and the actual dumpster itself. We cleaned and sanitized every conceivable surface that could be touched by a kitchen employee when leaving the food preparation area to get supplies or take out the garbage. This project included power washing concrete, sanitizing dumpsters, and even making sure all the fixtures were cleaned and bacteria killed with a virucide that kills 99.9% of all bacteria within 0 seconds of contact!
