I called and setup an appointment to meet with them to work on our new house's landscape finish-out. Vickie was able to meet me the next day and was very nice and respectful. She had some ideas and said that a design and quote for each would be ready by the beginning of the next week. TLC has done our office as well as several coworkers houses and never had a problem, just high praise. the other reviewer seems to live in the middle of nowhere and TLC is based in the B/CS area, I'm sure the other reviewer can find someone closer if they just took the time to look instead of flame.
