As is has been said before, Hughes pools and spas does not deserve even on star but that is low as I can post here. Go look at some of the pools they have installed MANY WILL HAVE DAMAGED CONCRETE because they did a rush job. If you watch them you will find most if not all have wooded walls. What happens to wood in the ground even if it is treaded? Treated will ONLY postpone the rotting. Ask for a liner replacement well good luck there too.
