Lake Erie Chimney Sweeps

Very disappointed with their work after recent chimney sweep of my fireplace. When I had inspected the work, I noted that the Smoke Chamber was still covered with creosote. I have attempted to contact then X4 back on 11/14/19 and did final speak with a woman who noted that they would call me back which has not yet happened. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and would encourage others to avoid this vender. Marc
