Planting area around patio and fireplace including 47 shrubs, an ornamental tree, and mulch 4. Restore lawn by grading and reseeding Our project started with the removal of two existing patios. We then removed a maple tree and it's root system. We installed a footing for the fireplace and the new patio. The patio is finished with a mag swirl for the body, and a contrasting smooth edge for a subtle decorative look. The brick and copper fireplace is made of a majority of recycled materials. The brick, sand stone, and slate are all reclaimed materials. The planting area around the patio and fireplace was intended to give privacy and provide a windbreak. Forty seven shrubs and flowering plants were planted, including a flowering Crabapple tree. Bark mulch was added to planting area for the finished look. The lawn was graded and reseeded to finish the project. All work was started and completed in four weeks. | $25k | Erie, PA |
