They have done several roofs. 436 West 12th Street had many leaks when i bought this building in 2007 and haven't had a leak since, the other properties where my personal homes in which i had them solder 1 foot square copper shingles together and this job came out perfect. Taking one foot square pieces of copper and soldering them together to make a roof was hard, yet it's beautiful.

I think of this company every time it rains... because my roof now leaks like a sieve. I had an older flat roof that didn't leak but was looking bad. They replaced it with a new rubber roof, and it has leaked ever since. I called them back, they came out on a nice, sunny day, said it wasn't leaking and (tried to) charge me $100 for the trip. These people are worthless.
