I am a Buyer's Agent that works on a team with Keller Williams Classic Realty in Clermont, FL. I work out of the Mount Dora office. A person who is interested in purchasing a home should be aware that not all Real Estate Agents are equal. First and foremost, I am a full time Realtor. Many Realtors do real estate part time, they may sell 5-7 homes a year. My team sold over 170 homes last year and are on track to exceed that this year. That means that you receive the benefit of my expertise in the market and in negotiations. Secondly, I only work with buyers. This should be very important to you. Why would you call on a sign in front of a home and work with the Realtor who already represents the Seller? They have a relationship with them, have promised to get as much for the home for them as they can. How can they represent you fairly? They can't. That is why I only work with Buyers. From the beginning, you know that we will be working from a position of strength because I only represent YOU!! I do not have divided loyalties.
