A&M bid on the job with a stripped down scope of work but for the same price as the original contractor, which was no longer available. They missed 40% of their scheduled appointments. They sent a different guy out each time. They were not prepared with the parts and supplies specified in the electrical design and had to leave multiple times for parts, or order parts and come back. They did not complete the work specified in the contract. Bare wires shorted out in the main light switch box and required us to hire another electrician to repair because A&M refused to. Darin violently and legally threatened us and our general contractor when it was requested that the work be completed per agreement. Unethical. Unprofessional.

I was offered an interview after calling this company 3 times. the owner I spoke to did not even remember me or have any record of my resume I sent after I spoke to him the first two times. I was 5 minutes late and I even called ahead to notify of my tardiness. When I arrived the owner, and my interviewer, immediately told me to leave for being 5 min. late, no exceptions. My truck does not have reverse, as I struggled to push my car out of his driveway, he continued to yell at me to get off his property without helping me. He followed me, so I pulled over to take a picture of his vehicle, he proceeded to get out of his car and get in my face and yell at me some more. Worst person I have ever met, and If the owner is like this, I would imagine this is the worst company to work for in the state of WA. I hope no one else has to deal with such a mean individual, and If you already work for this company or hired them, you should know how they treat people. I would NOT hire or work for someone like this.

Got few quotes but then with A&m , glad I did .. they did everything by the book " I thought permits were not important but glad they explained it .. it was a big project and I enjoyed them working .
