The Gutter Guy

I set an appointment with Steve McShane, the owner of The Gutter Guy in Everett, WA., for the morning of Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017. Twenty minutes after the time of the appointment, when Steve had not arrived at my home, I called his cell number to ask if he may have gotten lost in the neighborhood. No answer, so I left a voice message. No show for the rest of the day, nor a return call from Steve. I called Steve late Monday afternoon to let him know someone else will be handling my gutter issue for me as I'm typically no impressed by service providers who are no-shows and who don't return calls. (Steve did confess on Monday that he had simple "totally forgotten" about me. Steve is, in my opinion not who you want working on your gutters as my take on him is that he's not reliable and he simply may not care. There are many reliable, capable and reasonably priced providers within the marketplace, and Porch and Angie's List are great places to find them.
