Terrible expectation setting around the work, around the products they were installing, and around the appointment setting. Barely attempted to clean up after the work. A terrible experience from beginning to end.

Mr Electric was great about a quick initial contact. However, I never heard from Mr Electric again after that for 5 days. I even sent a second message after 2 days and still did not receive a response.
