DO NOT TRUST!! Juan Diego Chinchilla Rivera of Nicole's Home Improvement stole $80,000 for a job he did not complete. Now I am in court trying to get it back. He demolished my second floor down to the studs and left my home with no insulation for the winter. Now my family was forced to live on the first floor while I figure out what I am going to do. He took my money in June 2024 and it is December and I still have not received a penny. "Diego" as he is called, doesn't return my calls or texts anymore and now I have to hire a lawyer to get my money back. Do not trust Diego, he is not qualified to do large jobs like the addition that I hired him for. He'll just bid low and lie to get your job just so he can build his resume. Diego gave himself two 5-star reviews here on Google, he is a total fraud. Do yourself a favor and hire a qualified contractor who won't steal your money. Diego is the most dishonest person I have ever met because he makes it easy to trust him and feel comfortable handing over basically your life savings like I did. BEWARE OF NICOLE'S HOME IMPROVEMENT.
