Charged $2,300 to install 3 feet of easily accessible pipe (half day job). Didn't do the entire job I requested. Took 4 days to actually show up. All in all, 1 out of 10, would not recommend. On a good note... it doesn't leak, so there's that.

We paid John $100 to fix our dishwasher. He failed, and kept the $100. I took it outside with my landlord, we fixed it, and it is working fine two months later. John promised to refund multiple times. Only when threatened with legal consequences did he come by to refund. All interactions with this man showed him to be unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. When handing me the money, he said, "I feel like I'm gettin' screwed, but here ya go. I better not see any bad reviews online." I offered for him to come inside and witness that it was working, and he declined.

Hansen plumbing was extremely helpful, personable, and all around effecient when they came to replace our garbage disposal. It took no time at all and they even cleaned up after they were finished! I will absolutely be calling them again if I have any problems in the future. Really great experience.
