The Next Project Company formed with the goal of doing above market quality work at below market prices. The company has various backgrounds in construction/renovation/business ownership. We are focused on the military market because we understand that service members are a customer that often are stationed elsewhere and need a reliable organization to do detailed work at a fair price. That is our mission every day!

These guys do excellent work. Plain and simple. They are very polite and professional. We stayed on schedule and minimized excessive costs. This will absolutely be the first company I call for any future projects or repairs.

I contacted The Next Project Company after a major home store left us with an unfinished project. Jesse stopped by and reassured us that his crew could handle the repairs and then ensured it was completed beyond our expectations. Not only is he professional and easy to deal with but his craftsmen are equally impressive. If you need anything, these are the go to guys in town. They'll be handling all my home repairs from here on out.

The crew was absolutely top notch! Our job was completed as promised and we are absolutely satisfied. Will recommend The Next Project to all our friends! Already planning the next project with them!

Pre-finished engineered wood floor refinishing | Jul 2015 | This is a more difficult refinish. There's only a thin layer of veneer so you need a company that can sand through the finish and stain, but not past the wood veneer and into the plywood. This house had water damage from a leaking faucet hose and they couldn't afford to tear up the 352sf floors and install new floors. This was a perfect option instead of new floors. | $1k | Cameron, NC
Handscraped look Wood Laminate | Jul 2015 | This was for around 600sf of flooring. We removed the quarter round, and the existing glue down pre-engineered wood flooring that had water damage. We installed a 5" 12mm wood laminate that has a handscraped look. This is by far the best looking laminate we've installed before. | $4k | Cameron, NC
Hardwood Refinish in Haymount | Jul 2015 | We removed around 800sf of carpet and tack strips, removed the existing shoe mold, sanded down all of the hardwood oak floors underneath, stained to match existing floors in home, applied 3 coats of finish, and reinstalled the quarterround. On this particular project we also had to fill in some wood in one of the closets that was an add on from an adjacent room, and we stained and finished wood registers. | $3k | Fayetteville, NC
Wood Laminate | Jun 2015 | Removed carpet in 2 rooms and install wood laminate and matching shoe mold | $1k | Sanford, NC
Luxury Vinyl Tile | Jun 2015 | We removed carpet throughout house and installed LVT continuously throughout the house and installed quarter round | $2k | Cameron, NC
New Tile in Landry Room, Bathroom, and Master Bath | Feb 2015 | This was all high end tile. In the laundry room we installed a slate looking tile on a brick pattern, a 13x13 in the shared bathroom on a square pattern, and a 16x16 tile on a diamond pattern in the master. | $5k | Fayetteville, NC
New Oak Treads and Risers Custom Stained to Match Existing Floor | Jan 2015 | We removed the existing carpet from the staircase. The way the staircase was built had the stair trim scribed over the existing treads and risers. The solution was new risers but tread caps. The landing was 2" hardwood oak flooring. We stained and finished the staircase to match the existing pre-engineered hardwood flooring. | $4k | Fayetteville, NC
Kitchen and Laundry Tile | Dec 2014 | Removed sheet vinyl from the kitchen and laundry room and installed 12x12 ceramic tile on a brick pattern | $850 | Raeford, NC
Custom Kitchen Backsplash | Apr 2009 | We cut and installed this backsplash piece by piece. Fully custom which means this customer received a product that no one else will ever have. | $3k | Frisco, TX |
