The Next Project Company formed with the goal of doing above market quality work at below market prices. The company has various backgrounds in construction/renovation/business ownership. We are focused on the military market because we understand that service members are a customer that often are stationed elsewhere and need a reliable organization to do detailed work at a fair price. That is our mission every day!

These guys do excellent work. Plain and simple. They are very polite and professional. We stayed on schedule and minimized excessive costs. This will absolutely be the first company I call for any future projects or repairs.

I contacted The Next Project Company after a major home store left us with an unfinished project. Jesse stopped by and reassured us that his crew could handle the repairs and then ensured it was completed beyond our expectations. Not only is he professional and easy to deal with but his craftsmen are equally impressive. If you need anything, these are the go to guys in town. They'll be handling all my home repairs from here on out.

  | Pre-finished engineered wood floor refinishing | Jul 2015 | This is a more difficult refinish. There's only a thin layer of veneer so you need a company that can sand through the finish and stain, but not past the wood veneer and into the plywood. This house had water damage from a leaking faucet hose and they couldn't afford to tear up the 352sf floors and install new floors.   | Handscraped look Wood Laminate | Jul 2015 | This was for around 600sf of flooring. We removed the quarter round, and the existing glue down pre-engineered wood flooring that had water damage.   | Hardwood Refinish in Haymount | Jul 2015 | We removed around 800sf of carpet and tack strips, removed the existing shoe mold, sanded down all of the hardwood oak floors underneath, stained to match existing floors in home, applied 3 coats of finish, and reinstalled the quarterround.
