The current owner Gil Jacobs and his wife used intimidation and violated my tenant rights by refusing paper work requested that I never received, violated others by uploading their lease agreements to my portal, made a false statement during a 911 call, used FIGHTING WORDS AND TAUNTED my witness with hand gestures (RECORDED). I was offered to VACATE MY HOME IN LESS THAN 24 hours ONLY. Wearing a Puma sweat pants and hoodie my witness was called “less than a man”, threatened his freedom, referred to us several times “you people”, referring to him as a thug, flexed his chest as if he would strike and snared his face while cursing and yelling.
