Put in 12mm laminate flooring in living room area. Repainted whole interior in three different colors. Put new ceramic tile in kitchen. Installed all high end stainless steel appliances, put in all crown molding in living room and kitchen area. Installed backsplash throughout kitchen, put in all new lighting in kitchen and dining area. Added wine fridge and granite countertops. Installed all new light switches and outlets throughout the house. Added commercial style faucet in kitchen with 60-40 split sink. Added french doors to dining area leading out to deck. Sanded and painted cabinets and added new hardware. Painted garage, added garage door opener and painted garage floor. Installed carpet throughout home. In the bathrooms I installed granite countertops, new faucets and new sinks. Inserted new surround tubs. Put in new shower heads and flooring.
