Charles Wicker was to put up a fence and was paid 1600 for materials up front. I have not seen or heard from him - basically he stole 1600 from me and I had to file a police report for his arrest and also file a claim against him. At this point he is a thief who just stole money and never would pick up his phone again. BEWARE!!!!!
