Serving Flower Mound & Highland Village TX Beyond Best Building & Construction is a small family-owned business. We've been in the residential construction business for over 24 years. Phill Little (Owner) began his construction career with the local gas and electric company. After 17 years of being a natural gas Journeyman Pipe Fitter, he decided to start his own residential construction business in 1993. He is an experienced "hands on" construction/project professional who knows the business inside and out. Phill is dedicated to providing an unparalleled level of craftsmanship and expertise. Additionally, he has earned Certification by the International Code Council (ICC) Tina Little (Co-Owner) was employed with various Corporate entities in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Contracts, Legal and Program Management from 1980 to 1997. In 1997 she joined Phill full-time in their residential construction business as design specialist and office manager. Together they have designed and built homes from the ground up, ranging in size from 1000 sq. ft. to over 10,000 sq. ft.; have completed numerous remodel projects that included all aspects of construction (i.e. framing, roofing, windows, insulation, concrete, electrical, plumbing, drywall, trim, painting, cabinets, granite counter tops, tile, carpet, etc.). and developed a 56 acre subdivision. Additionally, we strive to communicate effectively between the client, ourselves, and all of our sub-contractors to provide an end product that you will be pleased and satisfied with.
