Buyer beware - Monica told us that she would save us 35 percent off of Hunter Douglas blinds. We had no idea that Monica's pricing was well above the market rate and in fact her price for seven blinds was 30-40 percent higher than the company we ended up getting the rest of our blinds from (also Hunter Douglas). Monica promised to "make it right" if we provided this quote which was $4000-5000 less than what she charged us. Monica did not keep her word on this and refused to "make it right" price wise. Three of the seven blinds were ordered incorrectly. One of the "new" blinds was water stained and looked worse than my 22 year old blinds that I was replacing. She promised to put us in touch with her Hunter Douglas Rep but then refused to put that meeting together. Price check, price check, price check this vendor. She is the highest we have found with the least service! Call the Blind Spot they offer the exact items with better expertise and nearly half the price!
