Premier-Appliance Service

My Home warranty hired this "business" to complete a repair on my appliance back in June. I paid them the deductible and was told they should be back with parts to complete the repair within a week. 3 weeks later I called the number I was provided, no answer. Left a message. Again, called.. no answer. Finally was able to get a rep on the line only to be told that the parts would be delivered to my home and that they didn't know when that would be. Here we are in August.. no parts and again no answer. I get a notification today from my home warranty that the service provider has informed them that the job has been completed. Stay far away from this business as they will just take your money and run.

Worst service I have ever experienced, have warrenty contract with HomeDepot on a GE Cafe range, oven went out, Home Depot contacted Premiere for the repairs, I waited a whole month, they would schedule appt with on show no call every week, finally showed up one month later, oven out, they replaced a circuit board plugged the range back in, oven light went crazy, then everything went out, so now I have no oven or cooktop, my husband is a severe heart patient and I need my range. Will never never use premiere Svc again , never. Worst service I have ever experienced!!!!
