Alpenglow Sprinkler

I hired Brad to install a drip system to my garden beds. He agreed to install the system below surface and said it would take him two days. Then he decided he did not want to dig, so he installed it above ground. He showed up without necessary supplies and sent me to Home Depot to purchase supplies. He did not get started until 2:00 p.m. on first day and said he would finish the following morning but then ditched me with unfinished project so he could go skiing and took supplies that I had purchased with him and demanded payment even though he had not finished job, and I paid him. He is also plumbing without a license. In State of Colorado, only licensed plumbers are allowed to install sprinkler systems, and he is not a licensed plumber, but, according to his own website, he has been installing sprinkler systems for almost three decades.
