Customer began removing original faux paper work from bathroom. We stepped in to minimize the necessity of removal by only focusing on places where it was actually peeling and what was activated during a multi step priming and skim coating process which almost always saves a significant amount of labor cost. Walls were then textured and painted creating a completely new look and feel for the space.

After a significant amount of real prep work that was needed to correct years of neglect by other painting processes, we were able to help give this exterior a clean new warmth and a brighter place to come home to. The home owner had us remove the old boxes under the front gable windows to better compliment the new awnings and the front door was able to be saved after years of hot sun had cracked much of the paint and factory primer off down to the bare metal.

This fairly new South Fort Collins home was originally painted white in all rooms. This was the entire main floor plus as an upgrade to add some color and a higher grade of paint for durability. This project involves extensive precision masking techniques, seam caulking and creating cut folds from ceiling to wall in order to provide super sharp lines against ceilings and trim which were not being painted. All brush and roll work in this finished and occupied home.

Green stain grade entertainment center case work taken to a semi-gloss antique white enamel. This involves a specialty primer application and some meticulous gap filling prior to finish application.

Full interior paint and custom stain package. This project had the home owner doing a lot of the installations themselves. We worked with them over time to help complete the project. The shots of the main floor are representative of the whole of what we were not able to photograph as finished in some areas. We did all the painting, staining and lacquering of trim and doors and even refinished all of the egress windows throughout the home.
