I know I’ve said this before, but I’ll repeat it here, that I would be a very enthusiastic reference for your company should you need one. I do a fair amount of consulting and training on customer service and one of the key points I like to make is that oftentimes the best insight into a company is how well they respond when things don’t go perfectly. Your response to the furnace flue was impressive. Rather than deny or delay, you embraced my problem as your own and took care of it. I have only worked with one other roofing company, for my previous home in Old Town, but the difference was night and day.
