These guys are absolutely amazing thanks to Francis air conditioning for the amazing job you did on the unit everything is working well now thank you so much. Marlon and Freddy are very good and did a fantastic work on the AC.

We had the installation of a new Lennox 4 ton Central AC system, Air Handler and Compressor, installed in our home in December 2016. As part of the original Invoice/Work Order, they were to install the new 4 ton system, including a UV light, and also re-size the existing return grill in the house to make it a larger but more standard size. All of this was part of the invoice. At the end of the installation, the technicians where unaware that a UV light was to be installed or the return grill resized, upon which we provided a copy of the invoice to prove otherwise. The UV light was installed prior to them leaving, but we had to have Francis Air technicians come multiple times in order to get the return grill fixed, which was part of the original work order. Over the next couple of months, we then noticed that the new system was not cooling well. We called Francis Air, they finally had a technician come to our home to explain that the Freon level needed to be adjusted. They blamed the existing Copper line as having a leak without doing any diagnostic work to determine where the leak was. Then cooling became an issue once again, same problem, low Freon level. They stated once again that the existing Copper line had a leak but topped off the Freon level without even looking at the Air Handler. We then had another company come in who spent an hour going over the system to determine that the leak was in the Evaporator Coil located in the new air handler. This company provided us with the Freon Oil that had leaked from the coil into the drain - basically proving that the leak was in the coil of the new air handler installed by Francis Air. While the other company was here diagnosing the leak, they added an additional 3lbs of Freon. We provided Francis Air with this information, we offered to allow them to speak with the technician from the other company who had found the leak, which they did not want to do that. On Friday, June 2nd, we had spoke with staff at Francis Air via telephone to discuss this. They agreed that they would be out to our home that evening to replace the Coil. They never showed, we had to call them to find out what was going on, they then offered to come the next day, Saturday, June 3rd. I specifically asked if they would be performing a swap of the coil, removing the leaking coil and replace it with a warranty exchange, I was told "yes" by the manager. Saturday, June 3rd, they arrived. The technician began removing the leaking coil, I asked him if he had the replacement coil with him, and was told "yes". I walked past his work vehicle and saw no coil. I then asked my husband to walk by the van to ensure I didn't miss anything, he did not see the coil either. I asked the technician a second time if he had the new replacement coil with him, he said "yes" a second time. I made one final walk by the van, didn't see it, and called 911 for Sheriff's office assistance. The Sheriff's office made note that it was a civil matter, but agreed that it was wrong for them to remove it when all they had to do was swap it out with a replacement covered under warranty. By them removing it, it would have left my husband and I, our two small children, and two dogs with no AC since, as they still have not returned to replace the coil. They have advised both of us that they would not return to perform the warranty work until we both remove the bad reviews about Francis Air that we had left on Google, Facebook, etc. Which we had no choice but to comply in order to get the warranty repair completed. I did see a review from another person who stated that they felt like they had been held at ransom by this company, similar to what they had attempted to do to us on Saturday. It's important to note that during the last 6 months working with this company, they had provided appointment arrival time windows and never showed multiple times. We did have communication with them today, they did say that they would be out later today to perform the work, and they did show with a new coil. However, when the coil was removed from the box, the fins were all bent and not representative of a "new" coil. Pictures attached. Our experience dealing with AC company representing Lennox, has been a nightmare. Lennox should not do business with this company, as it's left a very bad impression for us, and all of the neighbors who saw four sheriff's officers at our home this past Saturday because of Francis Air, now know the same. They have a few people from France posting 5 star reviews to make them look better, that's desperate!
