ZERO STARS FOR FIXATION REMODEL AND RESTORATION. HORRIBLE SERVICE, ZERO Professional Skills. I hired Fixation Remodel and Restoration to build Florida Sunroom an addition to my house and it was the BIGGEST mistake I made. Joshua Roberts is the owner of the company and it's all about about the money, ZERO stars for quality work. ZERO stars for communication skills and professionalism which is also ZERO. As soon as he gets your money he disappears leaving a horrible, undone job behind for you to finish. I hired him to build my Florida Sunroom, I paid him a deposit that was more than the balance I owed. He was told not to start without pulling the permit. Guess what he didn't care, he started the job without the permit. He sent unskillful workers, that actually admitted doing this kind of job the first time. they literally had to follow the instructions and pictures on how to install the windows and roof. The roof is leaking accumulating paddle of water on the floor, creating mold and mildew which damaging the main roof and floors, but Joshua Roberts does NOT care. Moreover, he ignored my multiple emails with the videos and pictures of the leaking roof. The county won't approve the poor quality job. Joshua said if I pay him the remaining balance than he would talk to me. Seriously? I told him I didn't mind to pay him the balance but first he had to give me the invoice he paid to the architectural designer and fix the leaking roof, but of course he keeps ignoring my emails. I even offered him to pay the balance minus the fee for the architectural design he claimed he paid and I promised him to pay for the design as soon as I receive a copy of the paid invoice, as I can't pay for something I don't know if he paid. And then end up he architect chasing me for his bill. Of course was ignored. Moreover, He left me with an unpaid balance with the county that I found out from the county. Apparently, he applied for the permit after the job was "completed". The first time he applied for the WRONG permit...lol VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I bet the 5 Stars reviews he writes himself
