Joe destroyed my property and then wished I was raped with racist slang as for who does the raping. If Joe doesn't like your attitude he takes it as his job to destroy your belongings to teach you not to have attitude to him. If you tell him your going to report him to the police he tries to justify his behavior and threaten you with harassment charges. Joe is a terrible human being and he really has no place working with people's belongings. I sold this man a TV. He replied to me the next day that it was broken. I told him he would have to wait but we would pay him back. When I got the money I called to set a time for him to get the cash. We agreed he would donate the tv. So the day came for him to get the money and he didn't show. So he messaged me the next day demanding to know why I didn't contact him. Believing he was going to come at the agreed time, why would I need to. So this line of questioning began to agitate me. He then demanded if I was giving him a hard time and having an attitude. Excuse I'm a grown adult I do not answer to you Joe. I reminded him that most wouldn't even try to pay him back and that I've been waiting for him to come get the money. So he said he was on his way. Half hour later he shows up blasting music I'm sure my neighbors really loved that. I walk out hand him the money, turn and go back in my house. Still hearing his music I look out the window and see him standing there tv above his head as he smashed it to the ground. I messaged him and told him I should call the police and that was ignorant. He called me a name I returned the pettiness with a comment that related to his obvious instability. To which he replied... "I hope you get raped by niggers". Then he blocked me. After I found a way to let him know we're reporting him he still acted entitled like I answer to him then told me he would call the cops on me. This man is unstable, he is destructive, he is dishonest, and he is a racist that wishes sexual assault on females that don't answer to him.

He is very good and sends copies of pictures and receipts. Very good with his work and not overspending owners money on properties on items not needed.. I would recommend him for handywork.
