Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Fort Worth

We are very disappointed with the service that we received from Mr. Rooter plumbing. The technician came out to one of our rental houses and did not correctly diagnose the problem, was rude to us on the phone and then gave our tenants conflicting information from what he told us which led to further problems. We ended up hiring another plumber the next day who was able to talk us through the problem on the phone. We tried to contact customer service and it has now been over a week and we have not received any sort of answer. I absolutely would not use this company and would find someone else.
