H3 Renovations

As a Realtor serving Investors I am constantly asked to refer contractors for large and small jobs. Casey is the first name I give everyone. I know if they use H3 they will be satisfied. I have personally used H3 on my own property and worked with him to complete jobs for out of town investors who literally never saw the house but depended on Casey to handle everything. Casey Harris was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our master bath renovation. He helped us pick out the right materials, did an excellent job on the plumbing, electrical, tile work and clean up. He kept the mess to a minimum so that we were able to live normally while the work was done. He kept the price very affordable and exceeded our expectations on his job performance. Since moving to Ft Worth and buying a new home, I have contracted with H3 Renovations for several jobs, including electrical, painting, and even installing 68 pulls on all of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers. They did a great job installing fans, running electrical lines to put in lights where there were none before, and even moving a light in the dining room so it would align with the furniture and not the room. Regardless of the task we have hired them to do, they have always done an outstanding job, and done it to perfection. My wife is a perfectionist, and they have always made her extremely happy with the work they have performed. That being said, to me one of the most important things about H3 Renovations is their integrity. Many contractors do a good job, but often you are not sure you can trust them. With H3 Renovations I always knew I could depend on Casey Harris and his workers to be honest, as well as do a good job. I never hesitated to leave them alone in our home as they did their work, for I had no doubt the home and its contents would be safe, due to the company focus on integrity.
